The Engineers India Limited inviting applications from eligible and interested candidates for the Managerial posts.

Manager (Alumina Process):

  • Vacancy: 2 (UR)
  • Age Limit(As on 30.09.2021).: 36
  • Educational Qualification: B. Tech. in Chemical Engineering (with minimum 65% marks)
  • Experience Required: Relevant experience in Design/Operation of Alumina Refinery (Minimum 8 years).
  • Pay Scale: 80000-220000/-
  • Total CTC: 21.98 Per Annum

Sr. Manager (Laboratory):

  • Vacancy: 1 (UR)
  • Age Limit(As on 30.09.2021): 40
  • Educational Qualification: MSC in Chemistry (with minimum 65% marks)
  • Experience Required: Minimum 15 years relevant experience in laboratory operation in Oil and Gas Industry. Candidates who are having experience in setting up of Laboratory will be preferred.
  • Pay Scale: 90000-240000/-
  • Total CTC: 24.86 Per Annum
Note 1: CTC shall include Basic Pay, DA, HRA, other Perks & Allowances, encashment of earned leaves and Retirement benefits as applicable. 

Note 2: The upper age limit is relaxable by 3 years for Other Backward Classes (OBC – Non Creamy Layer), 5 years for SC/ST and 10 years for Persons with disabilities, Upper age limit is relaxable for Ex-Servicemen, Upper age limit is relaxable for Departmental candidates as well.

Place of Posting:

  • Head Office - Delhi/Gurugram.
  • Note: The place of posting can be anywhere in India/Abroad depending on the requirement.

Selection Procedure:

  • Selection through interview, preferably at Delhi or through video call conferencing. 
  • Note: Venue and Mode of the Interview shall be intimated separately to the shortlisted candidates
